Learn ASL from the ground up, with a focus on real-life
communication for fast, practical use. From your very first lesson,
you’ll start signing and understanding ASL with confidence. As you
progress, you’ll build essential vocabulary, master key grammatical
structures, and learn to use proper facial expressions and body
language for clear, effective communication. Special emphasis is
placed on visual recognition, receptive skills, and expressive signing
to enhance both fluency and comprehension. Mastering ASL can
also be a valuable asset in the workplace, improving accessibility,
communication, and inclusivity in professional settings.

BRICK TECH:
INTRO TO ROBOTICS
1-day session | Instructor: Brick Tech
Location: Duarte Park, 1344 Bloomdale St.
Join Brick Tech for an Intro to Robotics class Spike Prime building
block. All participants will get hands-on learning experience as they
are introduced to STEM and programming concepts. Everything will
be provided such as tablets for programming, Spike Prime Robotics
materials (motors, sensors, brain brick), and more building bricks
and pieces than they could ever build!

POKEMON MASTER
1-day session | Instructor: Brick Tech
Location: Duarte Park, 1344 Bloomdale Street
Participants will construct guided projects out of popular building
block construction toys as they learn STEM concepts with a hands
on approach. Build a monster gym and train and battle with
Pokemon that you design! Discover the secret of the Pokemon
eggs and be ready to thwart Team Rocket wherever they show up..

Sharpen your computer skills for report writing, homework, or
basic communication. This class will provide you useful tools to
get you ahead in school or at work. Students will receive hands-
on practice in Microsoft Word & Power Point to make publications
and turn in an awesome slide show presentation. All skill levels
welcome. $10 supply fee payable to instructor at first class.

CRITICAL READING
4-week session | Instructor: AGI Academy

This course will help students strengthen their skills in critical
reading and writing, which is an essential analytical technique for
academic success. Students will learn to identify information and
ideas, as well as to bring outside knowledge, bias, and values in
order to properly analyze a given text. Students will learn how to
enhance their reading comprehension skills, strategies, and tools
used to do the written expression and mechanism. $10 supply fee
payable to instructor at first class.

structures, and learn to use verbs accurately in context. Special
emphasis is placed on listening and comprehension, helping you
build fluency and gain a deeper understanding of the language.
