Classes begin the week of September

Classes and activities are open to
adults 55+ years of age. Excursions are
open to any adult 21 years and older.
NO REFUNDS.
Registration is on a first come, first serve
basis, and will not be accepted after the
second class of each respective session. All
participants will need to create an online
account via ActiveNet. All fees must be paid
in full at the time of registration. Online
registration is strongly recommended, but
walk-ins are welcome.

The Senior Center offers a variety of programs, services, and activities of
all interests All programs, services and activities are subject to change or
cancellation without notice.
SPECIAL EVENTS
SUSIE HANSEN LATIN BAND
Friday, September 12 | 5 - 7 PM
$10 Resident/$15 Non-Resident
Join us for an evening of live entertainment and dancing. The Susie Hansen
Latin Trio will be playing your favorite Latin beats including Salsa, Cumbia,
Merengue, Bolero, and Cha Cha Cha. Register at the Senior Center or online at
CITYOFDUARTE.CA.GOV or pay at the door.
MONTHLY DANCES
Thursdays, September 25 & October 23| 5 – 8 PM
$5 Resident/$8 Non-Resident (pay at the door)
Come and dance the night away. Light refreshments will be provided.
WELLNESS EXPO
Thursday, October 16 | 9 AM - 1 PM
You’re invited to our Senior Wellness Expo, a fun and informative event
focused on promoting healthy, active, and vibrant living. Enjoy community
resources, free health screenings, giveaways, and more.
MONSTER MASH BASH
Friday, October 31 | 2 - 5 PM | FREE
Dress up in your best costume and celebrate Halloween with an afternoon
of dancing with music provided by a DJ. Enter in our costume contest for a
chance to win a prize. Multiple categories will be available. Light refreshments
will be provided. This event is free. Pre-registration is required and will open
on October 1st. In person registration only.
THANKSGIVING DINNER
Friday, November 21 | 5 - 7 PM
$25 Resident/$30 Non-Resident
It’s time to eat, drink, and be thankful! Join us for an in-person dining experience
with live entertainment and a fully catered meal. Pre-registration is required.
