07 DOG VACCINATION
& LICENSING CLINIC

For the first time, the Duarte Public Safety Office
is offering an evening rabies vaccination clinic,
making it easier for working residents to take care
of their pets’ health and licensing needs.
In partnership with VET CARE, this low-cost Vaccination & Licensing Clinic will
take place on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Encanto Park. Vet-Care
accepts payment by cash, debit/credit card, or Apple Pay. However, the City of
Duarte dog license registration only accepts cash, checks, or debit/credit cards,
Apple Pay is not accepted.
Services include:
Rabies vaccinations: $15
Microchip registration: $35
Additional vaccinations: Available upon request
Dog Licensing Fees:
• One Year, Unaltered: $60
• One Year, Spayed/Neutered: $25
• Senior Citizens (65+): One free license for a spayed/neutered dog per property
Avoid late fees, renew by August 31, 2025!
After this date, penalty rates apply:
• One Year, Unaltered: $120
• One Year, Spayed/Neutered: $85
Reminder: All dogs over four months old must be vaccinated for rabies to comply
with state law. With Duarte’s natural foothills nearby, encounters with wildlife
are possible, don’t wait, vaccinate!
