Your child will learn body positions, hand-eye coordination, gross

motor skills, increase flexibility, agility and basic gymnastics skills such as forward/side/backward rolls, jumping, and balancing.
Students will use tumbling mats, balance beam, bars and much
more. Parent participation required. NO CLASS 9/1, 11/24 & 11/29.

JUNIOR GYMNASTICS
Athletes will begin learning skills with more self-confidence and
balance while increasing flexibility and coordination. Skills will
include working with uneven bars, low and high balance beam,
handstand holds, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls.
NO CLASS 9/1, 11/24, 11/25 & 11/29.

GIRLS BEGINNING GYMNASTICS
Athletes will be introduced to a variety of gymnastics and tumbling
moves. The class will include use of the balance beam, mini
trampoline, bars and vault. Handstands, bridges and cartwheels
will be taught along with improving the strength, coordination
and flexibility of the athlete. NO CLASS 9/1, 11/24, 11/26 & 11/29.

POM POM, CHEER, & DRILL TEAM
Join the fun in this SPIRITED cheer class! Age-appropriate cheers
and dances are designed to enhance your child’s confidence,
coordination & artistic expression. Students will perform at local
sports events and march in a parade! *Optional material fees $165 (includes uniform & pom poms). NO CLASS 11/11 & 11/25.
