Recreation programs are open to EVERYONE and can accommodate a wide range of
needs. While Oceanside Parks & Recreation does not have an identified TR (Therapeutic
Recreation) section, we welcome varying levels of special needs and will work to provide
reasonable accommodations where possible. For more information, please contact our
