Real World Ready
(Adaptive Life Skills)

Real World Ready is designed to support students with disabilities in
developing essential skills for daily living, independence, and future
success. The curriculum focuses on practical, real-world applications
tailored to each student's abilities and needs. This class fosters a
supportive learning atmosphere where students gain confidence,
independence, and the necessary tools for a fulfilling life. The curriculum
is adapted to individual needs, ensuring each student progresses at their
own pace with hands-on activities and real-world experiences. Taking
place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
AGES 17–35

Youth Adaptive Dance
Instructor: City Staff
Inclusive Motion is a fun and inclusive movement experience designed for
children and teens of all abilities. This class encourages self-expression,
confidence and creativity through dance while accommodating various
mobility and learning levels. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination
and basic choreography in a supportive and welcoming environment. No
class 9/1, 10/13, 11/11

Adult Adaptive Dance

Join us for a fun and inclusive All-Abilities Dance Class designed to bring
the joy of movement to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or physical
ability! This welcoming space encourages creativity, self-expression, and
connection through music and dance.
Our experienced instructors tailor activities to suit individual needs,
offering modifications and support to ensure every participant can fully
enjoy the class. Whether you're looking to learn new moves, boost your
confidence, or just have a great time, this class celebrates diversity and
the power of dance to unite and inspire.
No prior dance experience is needed—just bring your energy, enthusiasm,
and a willingness to move to the beat! No class 9/1, 10/13, 11/11

Friendship Fridays
(Adaptive Social Skills)
Building friendships, one Friday at a time.
Instructor: City Staff
Friendship Fridays is a welcoming and engaging social program designed
specifically for teens and adults with disabilities. Held on the 1st and
3rd Fridays of the month in a supportive and inclusive environment,
this program focuses on building meaningful connections, improving
communication, and developing essential social skills through fun,
structured activities.
Each session includes interactive activities and team-building exercises—
all guided by experienced facilitators who understand the unique needs
and strengths of each participant. Whether we’re practicing how to
start a conversation, learning how to work through conflicts, or simply
celebrating what makes each of us unique, Friendship Fridays helps
participants grow their confidence and feel more connected to others.
AGES 5–17

Little Explorers
Inclusive Day Program

Join us in creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success! Our
Little Explorers Inclusive Day Program is designed to provide a nurturing,
inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 3
to 5 years with diverse abilities. We offer a structured yet flexible curriculum
that supports early learning, communication, motor skills, and social-
emotional development. Our highly trained staff fosters a warm, patient,
and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to explore, play,
and reach their full potential. Notes: Little Explorers must be potty trained,
or parents/caregivers will need to remain onsite during program hours. Little
Explorers must provide their own snacks each day. No class 9/1, 9/12,
10/13, 11/6-11/7, 11/11,11/24-28, 12/22-26, 12/29-31

Art Masters Adaptive Art

Students will learn lessons in drawing, color theory, art techniques and
ceramics. The class is for adaptive learners and parent participation is
required.
Note: A $25 materials fee is due and payable to the instructor at the first-class
meeting. Instructor approval required. No class 9/1, 10/13, 11/11,
11/27, 11/28 and 12/25
