Woodshop

Students will be introduced to the wonderful world of Wood working. We
will learn tool safety, proper use of hand tools, and will even be introduced
to power tools. Students will gain confidence, build, and take-home fun
simple wood working projects.
Note: A material fee of $30 is due and payable to the instructor on the first
day of class. The material fee covers all building materials such as wood, nails,
screws, glue and safety equipment. No class on: 9/1, 10/13,11/11, 11/27
and 12/25.

Young Money Makers: Personal
Finance

This is a personal finance course aimed to teach our young students the
importance of understanding finances and the impact decisions have on
their financial outcome. We cover everything from budgeting, saving,
investing, being a conscious consumer, and even different avenues to
explore to make money such as finding jobs and entrepreneurship. No
class on: 9/1, 10/13,11/11, 11/27 and 12/25.

Beginning Ice Skating
Instructor: Ice Town • mviola@icetown.com
Basic Skills teaches the FUNdamentals of ice skating and provides
the best foundation for figure skating, hockey, and speed skating. Six
progressive levels introduce forward and backward skating, stops,
edges, crossovers, and turns. All classes will be well-structured with the
focus on proper skill development taught in a positive, FUN, and social
environment. Skaters will progress at their own rate and advance after
mastery is demonstrated. Skates will be provided.
Note: Tuesday/Thursday classes- you will only be allowed to attend once
a week, either a Tuesday or Thursday.
