special projects. Material costs cover clay glazes and use of special tools.

Adult Public Speaking

Each eight-week class will include one-on-one and group training,
speaking before an audience, mastering your fears of public speaking,
adapting to impromptu speaking, and writing and presenting speeches.

Yang Family Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an Internal Martial Art that uses the body’s own energy to protect
and heal itself. It is taught in slow, health promoting movements which are
accessible to people of many different ages and abilities. Your instructor is
George Bonilla, eldest brother of the Tong Xing Tai Chi.

Want to improve your indoor game? Whether it’s perfecting skills,
understanding rotations, transitions, defensive systems, offensive plays
or just the nuances of six person volleyball, this is the place to be. First
hour will be drills: second hour will be controlled scrimmage to practice
what you’re learning in game like play!

participate to their own individual level. Foundation skills in the 13 Ways

Beginning Adult Skating

Ice skating is for the kid in all of us. The Adult curriculum is designed
for both beginning and experienced skaters who wish to improve their
skills. Participation in the program will help promote physical fitness
and improve balance and coordination while teaching proper skating
techniques. This is an exciting program for people who look to skating as
an enjoyable part of a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is a work at your own
pace class and instructors will teach proper techniques at the rate of each
individual adult athlete. Skates will be provided.
Note: Tuesday/Thursday classes- you will only be allowed to attend once
a week, either a Tuesday or Thursday.
