Scholarships available. Must be a Riverside resident (92501-
92508) and show proof of residency and income verification.
The Recreational Arts Program provides instruction in a broad-based
curriculum that focuses on improving the quality of life through dance,
music, and visual arts. RAP teaches discipline, improves self-esteem,
inspires creativity, and helps youth set goals. At the Recreational Arts
Program youth are encouraged to explore, create and reach their
potential.

Dance Classes
COST $80/6 weeks ($120 Non-Resident)
Art Classes
Get Set, Paint!
Artist will learn step-by-step how to draw, mix colors, and apply
brushstrokes to create their own masterpieces. You'll leave with at least
one beautiful painting on canvas.
Art Explorer
Artist will learn the basics of color theory and how to use watercolor
paints to create beautiful artwork. Let your imagination run wild as you
watch colors blend and swirl on the page.
Basic of Drawing
Artist will learn how to sketch, doodle, and create patterns using different
art mediums. You will be amazed at what you can create!
