LEGO Engineering: First Steps in
STEM

Students learn engineering concepts and vocabulary all while having fun
and exploring with LEGO. We will cover the basics, such as gravity and
friction, as well as gear and motor functions. We build every day simple
machines as well as some sci-fi tech from your favorite movies.

Jr. Zoologist Camp!

Calling all animal lovers! Our staff Zoologist will take you on a wild
adventure through the habitat of Sycamore Canyon in search of the
animals that call it home. We will meet live animals every day, create
beautiful keepsakes of our time with them, spend time with animal
experts and caring for the animals!
Note: A $35 material fee is due on the first class date.

The Science of Nature Camp!

Science takes over our nature explorations in this week of making art,
dissecting owl pellets, using microscopes, and building prehistoric rock
collections to take home. There will be nature hikes, experiments, live
animals and nature art in the great outdoors!
Note: A $35 material fee is due at the first class meeting.

STEM Golf

We cover all the science behind Golf, such as the weather, course
conditions, angle of clubs, and club speed. Then we learn the basics and
play the sport. This is the perfect course for beginners in Golf and those
who have plenty of experience. I bring clubs, balls, and hitting nets for
the students to safely practice their game.

STEM + Pokémon Engineering using
LEGOs Full Day Camp

Prepare for a full-day LEGO camp packed with hands-on and minds-on
STEM fun! First, build projects inspired by cool machines while applying
real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture. Then join
Ash and Pikachu to explore the vast world of PokÉmon as we build and
catch our favorite Pokemon, rescue Pikachu from Team Rocket, and take
a ride on the S.S. Anne to uncover rare and mystic PokÉmon. Come along
on our journey to catch ‘em all!!
Note: Please send a few nut-free snacks, lunch, and water with your child. You
may also send an optional camera or device for your child to take pictures of
their creations.

LEGO parts! First, discover the world around us through our inquiry-
based learning model and engineer-designed projects. Then, start your
engines as you build and design an array of exciting machines, traversing
land, sea, and air, with the assistance of your experienced Play-Well
TEKnologies instructors. Learn about the engineering principles behind
