CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
AT WORK!
Enhancing Outdoor Experiences
This year, we're enhancing our community's
recreational spaces to make them more enjoyable for
everyone. The improvements include:
Reid, Hunt, and Villegas Pools: Installation of 3 new
pool heaters, ensuring a comfortable swim season
for all.
Shamel Pool Deck: The newly completed pool deck
is ready for summer fun.
Playground Upgrades: Get excited for 9 new
playgrounds reopening across various parks in 2025.
Park Resurfacing: We're making significant strides
with resurfacing work at 9 different sites, covering
a total of 43,430 square feet of re-top surface area
across our parks, providing smoother, safer surfaces
for outdoor activities.
These improvements are all about enhancing the
quality of play and outdoor experiences for our
community!
