Consider the new
Community Center!
The newly renovated Community Center is home to several
community events, meetings, and programs for all ages. In addition,
the Community Center is available for private rentals and is
the perfect venue for a variety of special occasions. The facility
is available 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
Facility Floor Plan
This 11,000-square-foot facility has 4 flexible room spaces and 2
outdoor patios to accommodate small or large gatherings, as well as
300 people for seated banquets and up to 500 people throughout the
entire facility. The Community Center’s unique amenities include:
Spaces
• Large auditorium/banquet room
with a small performance stage and
serving bar.
• The historic and elegant Fireside
Room for smaller, intimate gatherings.
• Two smaller meeting rooms, each
with their own serving bar, which can
be combined to accommodate larger
gatherings.
Pricing
Community Center fees depend on event day, room(s), and priority
group. See www.SanMarinoCA.gov/Facilities for more information.

Plan and Book
To submit a rental application or check facility availability, visit www.
SanMarinoCA.gov/Registration. You will need to create a CivicRec
account or log in to an existing account. Once logged in, select the
rental space of interest and follow the prompts. After the application
has been completed, staff will review it and schedule a walk-through
and follow-up meeting (if necessary).
