MAT PILATES
Discover the benefits of Mat Pilates. Build a strong and balanced body
to boost your overall physical health. Improve core strength, flexibility,
mobility, posture and muscle tone through the classical Mat Pilates
method. No Matter what age or condition, this class will work for you.
Students are required to bring a mat.

BEGINNING TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a low impact exercise activity which is practiced as a slow
moving meditation. It is an ancient martial art but is now practiced for
health and well being. Benefits include stress reduction and relaxation,
improved mobility, balance and focus.

ZUMBA GOLD
A lower impact dance class designed with seniors in mind. This fun and
social class will teach different types of Latin and international dances.
The class provides simple to follow Zumba choreography that promotes
balance, range of motion, posture strengthening and coordination.

Otterpop Pickleball
BEGINNER PICKLEBALL
This class is designed for teens and adults with little to no experience
in pickleball. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game,
including safety, basic rules, and scoring. Skills covered include dinking,
volleys, forehands, backhands, and underhand serves. Upon completion
of the class, players will be ready to participate in recreational games.

Otterpop Pickleball
INTERMEDIATE PICKLEBALL
This class is designed for teens and adults who have experience playing
pickleball recreationally or in tournaments. Participants will work on
strengthening their overall game through court strategies, movement,
positioning, ball placement, and mental focus. Key areas such as the
kitchen, transition zone, and baseline will be addressed through targeted
drills to reinforce strategic play.
