Senior EXCURSIONS
Senior Excursions are funded through a Community Development Block Grant, which requires participants to be age
55 or older. All excursions depart from Parking Lot A (Park N’ Ride Lot) at 20983 La Puente Rd. (unless otherwise noted).
The following scale has been implemented to help you select the trip that is right for you:
EASY: Generally light walking
MODERATE: Some walking necessary, ability to stand/walk for a longer period without assistance
ACTIVE: Better physical condition is necessary, a lot of walking included

LOBSTER FESTIVAL
The Original Lobster Festival returns for its
29th year of providing Fresh Maine Lobster,
prepared to mouth-watering perfection in
the World's Largest Cooker. You can dance
away the calories to a variety of popular
artists throughout the day on the dance
floor, enjoy tasty eats in the food court, take
a Free Souvenir E-Photo, check out the local
artisans or sing a tune at the Karaoke Lounge.
There's something for everyone! Your lobster
meal is included!

L.A. FARMER’S MARKET
& THE GROVE
We've planned a nice little day trip to explore the L.A. Farmer's
Market and The Grove. At the Market, there's so much to see
with over 100 shops to explore. Choose from over 50 eateries
with plenty of shady seating. At the Grove, Los Angeles' favorite
shopping, dining lifestyle destination, you can explore a mix of
retail, restaurants and entertainment pulsing with style and energy.
There is more than enough to keep you bust all day and some of the
best people watching in the Los Angeles area. Lunch and shopping
are on your own.
