REGISTRATION INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
1. Please enter complete and accurate information for your family when applying for a new
family account. Family accounts can only include immediate family members. Falsifying
of information (family members or ages) or failure to provide proof of residency will
result in additional fees (non-resident fees) and may result in restriction from future
registrations.
2. Yorba Linda residents must provide proof of residency upon initial registration to
establish a family account. Acceptable proof of residency includes a valid driver’s
license/identification card, current utility or phone bill showing resident’s address, or
rental receipt/lease agreement showing residency. Please note post office box addresses
and owning business/rental property in the City of Yorba Linda does not qualify
participants for Yorba Linda residency. Yorba Linda residency will also need to be verified
before a P.O. Box is listed as contact address on family account.

Non-residents pay an additional $3.00 per course.
All classes and programs require parents or participants to sign a “liability waiver.” A
“liability waiver” must be signed at the time of registration to participate in any City
program, class, activity, and/or special event and will be valid for 1 year.
6. 7. Registration is required before attending class.
All class times and dates are subject to change or cancellation.
8. Confirmation receipts are emailed or mailed upon enrollment except for on-line
transactions (please print your receipt at time of transaction).
9. If the course desired is full, you will be placed on the waiting list and enrolled into your
alternate choice, if provided. Please do not attend the course if you are on the waiting
list. Staff will contact you when space becomes available.
10. Class fees are not prorated.
Classes

Withdrawal requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the second-class meeting.
There is a $10.00 withdrawal fee for each withdrawal request per participant, per
class.
Camps

Withdrawal requests must be submitted one week prior to the start of camp.
There is a $25 withdrawal/transfer fee for each withdrawal and transfer request per
participant, per camp.
Workshops, Special Events, and Advanced Ticketing Services

There is a $10 withdrawal fee per participant for single day classes or special
events, provided the withdrawal request is made one week prior to the event.
Withdrawal requests for single day workshops and special events must be submitted
one week prior to the start of workshop or event. This is not applicable to any
advanced ticketing services offered through the Department.
No withdrawals will be granted the day of or after the workshop or event has taken
place.
No withdrawals for programs $10 and under.
All sales are final and there are no refunds for tickets sold using any advanced
ticketing services.
