REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In Person Registration
1. Register in Person: If you are registering for the first time, we ask that
the following information be provided at the time of registration at any
recreation facility; a California Identification card or Driver’s License
with current Baldwin Park address and a utility bill (Utility - Gas, Water,
Electric, Bank Statement, Cell Phone, etc.) not older than two (2)
months. (Non-Residents ONLY need a Picture ID). You will be provided
with a membership card.
2. Membership Card: Must be presented at registration and/ or
payments. Registration/payments will not be taken without the
membership card.
3. Card Replacement: A $5 fee will be charged to replace the card.
4. Additional Receipts: There is a $2 fee for any additional receipts.
5. THINK GREEN! Have your receipt emailed for Free!!!
6. Payment Method: Visa/ MasterCard, Check, Cash or Money Order.
7. Credit Card Fee: There is a non-refundable convenience fee of 2.14%
applied to all credit card payments.
8. Processing Fee: If you do not have your membership card with you, a
$1 processing fee will be charged to process your registration for the
alternate use of another picture ID.

Update any changes in your personal information:
Address, Phone Number, Emergency Contacts, E-mail, etc.
You may only register immediate family members
(son, daughter, brother, sister, grandchildren, mom, and dad).
Registration must be under the guardian/ parent’s household
information.
Classes have limited enrollment, and are subject to closure upon
reaching maximum capacity.
All class registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
While every attempt is made to adhere to the dates, times and
locations listed in the recreation guide, all classes, programs and trips
are subject to change or cancellation, if minimum class enrollment is
not attained.
NO REFUNDS unless the class, program or trip is canceled by the City.
Note: A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
