SENIOR PROGRAMS
SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM
In collaboration with the Human Services Association (H.S.A.),
the city provides a delicious and nutritious meals for senior
citizens. This program not only ensures that our seniors have
access to healthy meals but also creates a welcoming and
social environment that enriches the lives of our participants.
Day & times: Monday - Friday • 11:00 AM
(closed all observed holidays)
Location: Room A
Age: 60 and older
Note: Must be registered to participate. *This project is
funded, in part by Los Angeles County Area Agency on Aging,
through the Older Americans Act of 1965 as amended.
HOME DELIVERED MEALS
In collaboration with the Human Services Association (H.S.A.)
the program provides homebound seniors with a hot meal
every weekday (closed all observed holidays).

HEALTH AND WELLNESS
(Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health sponsors The
Mental Health Promoter Program (area 7) with new topics every
month)
Dates: 1st Tuesday of the month in English

CALFRESH
(sponsored by The Los Angeles Food Regional Food Bank)
The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank sends a CalFresh
outreach worker to assist Seniors with their CalFresh
application.
Dates: 2nd Monday of the month

MORNING WORKOUT
WITH TODD
(sponsored by ABC Adult School)
This strength and mobility class pairs upper and lower body
exercises that incorporate body weight, dumbbells, and exercise
tubes to help your legs, arms, and balance get stronger.
