TINY TOTS • FITNESS | YOUTH CLASSES
15 Tiny Tots
Koch Park Recreation Center; 2210 N. Valencia Ave., Placentia | 3-5 yrs.
Tiny Tots is a developmental program in a recreational setting
hosted at Koch Park Recreational Center. The Tiny Tots program
will prepare children ages 3-5 years old for a successful transition
into kindergarten. Tiny Tots introduces children to colors, numbers,
shapes, the alphabet, sharing, taking turns, following directions,
and taking responsibility for his or her actions. We enhance social
emotional development skills through planned activities that
involve play time, art, music, and so much more. The Tiny Tots
program will also provide the children with a light snack and
refreshment along with all supplies and materials required for
daily activities. You will need to send your child a daily lunch, water
bottle, and extra set of clothing in a clear plastic bag labeled with
their first and last name. Children must be completely potty-trained
and no pull-ups are allowed. Your child will be dropped from the
program if he/she has pull-ups. The center will be closed Monday,
September 1 in observance of Labor Day

Pee Wee Tumbling

This class will teach basic tumbling skills appropriate for age level.
Class will utilize various ribbons, balls and various props to keep child
engaged while leaning fun tumbling skills.

trampoline, twirling on our dance floor and tumbling on our spring
floor. This class combines fun with fitness and learning. Don't miss
the fun! Ballet and Tap shoes required.

An introduction to karate focusing on basic blocks, punches, and

Our Tiny Dragons program offers fun and challenging classes for
young children to begin learning Taekwondo. Students will work on
their coordination, balance, self-defense, techniques, social skills,
listening skills, gross motor skills, confidence, discipline, and learn to
follow instructions.
