Anaheim ICE Skating: Tot Beginners
Anaheim ICE; 300 W. Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim | 4 - 6 yrs
Beginning ice skating made fun and easy! Watch your child smile as
they learn how to march, glide, stop, hop, fall down, and get back up
properly. Skate rental and four additional public skate passes (to be
used during 5-week session) are all included in the fee. Please arrive
15 minutes early to the 1st class and dress warm.

Discover the joy of basketball with HoopsterTots! This fun program
focuses on dribbling, shooting, passing, and teamwork using
adjustable hoops for age-appropriate challenges. Join HoopsterTots
to shoot and score foundational skills! Parent participation is required
with children 3.5 years and younger.

Skyhawks Soccer

Score a goal with Skyhawks Soccer! This program boosts young
athletes by teaching key skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and
ball control. Each session focuses on enhancing core skills while
instilling teamwork and sportsmanship. Participants will improve
their soccer abilities and embrace the game?s spirit. Grow and score

Kickstart a passion for soccer with SoccerTots, an active, game-based
introduction for young athletes. This program enhances motor
skills and self-confidence with engaging activities that focus on
developing core soccer skills and introducing friendly competition.

Placentia Youth Basketball is a
coed league that emphasizes
the fundamentals of the game,
teamwork, and—above all—
fun. Open to players from Pre-
Kindergarten through 8th
Grade, the league is perfect
for those who enjoy basketball
and friendly competition in a
supportive environment.
All coaches and staff are background checked to ensure a safe
and positive experience for all participants. Each team requires
a volunteer head coach, and as a token of appreciation, head
coaches will receive one league fee reimbursement after the start
of the season.

Skills Evaluations
Held at Oberle Gym (Melrose Elementary School, 974 S. Melrose
St., Placentia, CA 92870) Each player must attend one of the two
scheduled evaluation dates. Note: Division D (Pre-K – Kindergarten)
does not require a skills evaluation. For more information please visit

Practices begin the week of November 17, 2025, and occur
once per week. Coaches will contact parents the week prior
with practice details.
No practices will be held the week of Thanksgiving.
Division D games and scrimmages start Saturday,
December 6, 2025.
No games or practices will be held from December 22, 2025,
through January 4, 2026, for the holiday break.
Award ceremonies are tentatively scheduled for
February 21, 2026.
