REPORT MISSED TRASH PICKUP
If your trash, recycling, or yard waste was not emptied on your regular collection
day, please contact Republic Services within 24 hours of your collection
day (including Saturday morning) at (714) 238-3300 to arrange for a make-
up collection. Missed pickups are typically collected the next business day,
depending on the time of day that Republic was notified. Please leave the cart
out so that it can be emptied. If you can't resolve service issues with Republic,
please contact the City at (714) 993-8123 or recycling@placentia.org. Please
provide your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the issue
so that we may address it with Republic Services. When reporting a missed
pickup, please include the following information: Your address, service day, bins
missed, and whether you're in a home, apartment, or an association community.
Please also note if your entire street or community was missing.
