19 Recreation Ballet Academy
Introduce your child to the graceful art of ballet! This class is designed
for beginners and young dancers, offering a fun and supportive
environment to learn the fundamentals of ballet. Students develop
coordination, balance, flexibility, and confidence through age-
appropriate exercises and creative movement.
Note: Ballet slippers and leotards are a requirement. No Class 5/16,
5/26, 6/19, 7/4
AGES 4 - 12 $17/session ($26/Non-Resident)
Recreation Dance Academy
Youth ages 5 - 17 are welcome to join a fun and exciting dance class.
Routines include hip hop, jazz and lyrical movement. Participants
perform at park events and parades. Practices are held twice a week
at your local community center. Note: Please wear comfortable shoes
and clothes to practice. Additional fees may apply for uniforms or
costumes. Classes are not held on City observed holidays. Class days
and times are subject to change. No class 5/16, 6/19, 7/4

NEW! K-Pop Dance Class
K-Pop dance class emphasizes choreography in the style of modern
Korean Pop Music. Participants ages 5 - 17 learn the basic fundamentals
of hip-hop, jazz and contemporary dance and may perform routines at
a variety of City-wide events through-out the year.
Note: Please wear comfortable attire and shoes. Classes are not held on
City observed holidays. No class 6/19

Recreation Cheer Academy
This ongoing program introduces youth ages 5 - 17 to the fundamentals
of cheerleading. Participants learn routines, stunts and lifts. Cheer
teams perform at events and parades throughout the year. Practices
are held twice a week at your local community center. Note: Please
wear comfortable shoes and clothes to practice. Additional fees may

requirements vary per center, ages 55+ receive free membership.
