Programming
Specialized programming and activities are offered at varying City of Riverside community centers. Please contact the community

Riverside's Friendly Stars program creates a welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities to engage in recreational activities, tailored to their
unique needs.
Friendly Stars
Instructor: City Staff
Adult adaptive learner participants are encouraged to interact with each other and staff in a social and enjoyable atmosphere.
Activities include arts and crafts, karaoke, movies, fitness, dancing and one special event each month. Registration is limited and
is accepted on a first-come, first served basis. This program does meets on most Fridays and does not meet on City observed
holidays. For information, contact La Sierra Senior Center at 951.351.6435. Registration paperwork with emergency contact
competed on 1st day of participation.
*Transportation to and from the program is offered by Riverside Connect. For more information and scheduling contact them at 951.687.8080
