LEARN SPORT FUNDAMENTALS • TEAMWORK • SPORTMANSHIP
The City of Rosemead is excited through partnership with Special Olympics
Southern California to provide new sports program for individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities. Trained staff and volunteers will
work with athletes to teach fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship with
an opportunity to compete in the Special Olympics Local Competition.
Program registration and medical questionnaire is required prior to
participation.

Children 7 and under must be
accompanied in the water
by an adult 18 years or older.
One adult per child required.
Join us for our 5th annual Pumpkin Dive where we transform the Rosemead Aquatic Center into a
floating pumpkin patch. After finding the perfect pumpkin, participants will have the opportunity to
decorite it, play games, and make arts & crafts. Space is limited, so register now for one of two time
slots 12:30 - 2:00 pm or 2:30 - 4:00 pm.
