Racers, grab your pumpkin, decorate and build your pumpkin racer to enter in our
COMMUNITY EVENTS
ANNUAL PUMPKIN DERBY RACE! Registration will open on September 8 and space is
limited. Registration Fee includes the race entry fee and pumpkin derby kit. Kits
will be available for pick up at Garvey Park Youth Center (7933 Emerson
Pl.) beginning September 22. The event also includes games, arts
& crafts, face painting and more!
FEE: $15 RES/$20 NON RES

6-7 yrs. old 3:00 p.m.
8-9 yrs. old 3:30 p.m.

Spectators, don't forget to bring your favorite movie snacks and join us
10-11 yrs. old 4:00 p.m.
after the race for our Movie in the Park feat. Cars 3! Activities begin at
12-13 yrs. old 4:30 p.m.
5:30 pm and movie will begin at dusk. Please stop by the City Booth for
14-17 yrs old 5:00 p.m.
FREE giveaways (while supplies last), fun activities, dinner and dessert
from various food trucks. Movie in the Park is FREE!

Join the City of Rosemead and CultivaLA for our annual Pumpkin Patch event.
Each child will receive one free pumpkin of their choosing, along with free treats and giveaways.
This event is FREE, however, you must preregister!
