balance issues or arthritic knees, young or old, as it is done in a chair. The
class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that is brilliantly adapted
for chair exercise. Join this fun, upbeat chair exercise to get your body,
mind, and spirit moving! Optional: bring two 1- or 2-pound dumbbells or

awareness to prevent falling; improving posture; building core strength to
protect the lower back; and learning breathing techniques to promote
relaxation. Wear closed toed shoes and bring a water bottle to class. Note
