Banner Program

The City of San Marino will once again honor community members
who are actively serving in the U.S. Armed Forces or attending a
military academy by proudly displaying personalized street banners on
poles throughout the center of town from early September through
early November. The banners will then be stored and displayed yearly
while the service person is on active duty or attending an academy.
The program is offered at no cost to the military members, with the goal that the project can be
funded entirely through donations in the near future.
If you would like to apply for a banner or make a donation to the Active Military Banner Program,
please call the Recreation Division at (626) 403-2200 or email EYanez@SanMarinoCA.gov.
The deadline to apply is August 23.

I voluntarily and irrevocably grant to City of San
Marino, its successors, assignees, licensees, agents,
employees, officers, directors, and representatives,
the right to use my image, voice, and name in all
forms of media including composite or modified
representations for all purposes, and including
advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose
throughout the world and in perpetuity. I voluntarily
waive the right to inspect or approve versions of
my image used for publication or the written copy
that may be used in connection with the images.
City of San Marino may edit my appearance as it
sees fit.
I release City of San Marino, and its assignees,
licensees, and successors from any claims that
may arise regarding the use of my image, including
any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or
infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity,
or copyright. City of San Marino is permitted,
although not obligated, to include my name as a
credit in connection with the image. City of San
Marino is not obligated to utilize any of the rights
granted in this Agreement.
