TNA Tennis Academy
INTERMEDIATE TENNIS LESSONS
Intermediate tennis lessons are designed for players who have a
foundation in the game and are ready to build confidence and advance
their skills. These sessions focus on refining rally techniques, improving
footwork, and strengthening stroke fundamentals, including forehand,
backhand, serve, and volley. Participants are introduced to simple point
play and game scenarios to develop strategic awareness. Drills emphasize
consistency, timing, and coordination, all within a supportive and
structured setting. Players also learn proper movement to the ball and
begin to understand court positioning more effectively. A $10 materials
fee is due to the instructor on the first day to cover tennis balls, cones,
footwork ladders, elastic bands, and medicine balls.

TENNIS - TOURNAMENT TRAINING
The Tournament Training Group is designed for competitive players who
are actively participating in tournaments or preparing to compete at a
high level. Each session is two hours long, featuring 1.5 hours of high-
intensity tennis training focused on advanced technique, tactical patterns,
point construction, and match play scenarios. The final 30 minutes are
dedicated to fitness training to enhance agility, strength, and on-court
endurance. Led by former collegiate players and certified coaches, this
program challenges athletes both physically and mentally, reinforcing
discipline, resilience, and mental toughness. It is ideal for junior players
wanting to elevate their performance and gain a competitive edge. A $20
materials fee is due to the instructor on the first day to cover tennis balls,
cones, footwork ladders, elastic bands, and medicine balls.

Otterpop Pickleball
BEGINNER YOUTH PICKLEBALL
This class is designed for youth with little to no experience in pickleball.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, including safety,
basic rules, and scoring. Skills covered include dinking, volleys, forehands,
backhands, and underhand serves. Upon completion of the class, players
will be ready to participate in recreational games.

kitchen, transition zone, and baseline will be addressed through targeted
drills to reinforce strategic play.
