Young Champions
YOUTH CHEERLEADING - LEVELS 2 & 3
Students learn arm motions, jumps, stunts, dance, cheer and voice
projection. A cheer and dance routine is taught with flair and enthusiasm
by their experienced coaches. All students are prepared and invited to
participate in competition at the end of each session. Class will be held at
the Walnut Gymnasium/Teen Center and are for children ages 9-15 year
olds. Admission into Level 3 requires a tryout and instructor approval.
Uniform (top, skirt, socks, pom-pom & hair bow) is required for
competition and available for purchase online at ycusa.org/shop (all sales
are final) (all sales are final). No class November 26, December 24 and
December 31.

RISING HOOPERS
ELEMENTARY SKILLS ACADEMY
Rising Hoopers is a beginner-friendly class designed for elementary-aged
players who are new to basketball or looking to build a strong foundation.
Through fun and engaging drills and games, kids will develop key skills
such as dribbling, shooting, and passing. Along the way, they’ll gain
confidence, learn teamwork, and foster a lifelong love for the game. No
class October 31.
Ages: 7 -14 Fees: $245 Resident • $250 Non-Resident

RISING STARS
ADVANCED SKILLS ACADEMY
Designed for middle and high school players, this program is for those
ready to elevate their basketball game. Participants will sharpen core skills
such as dribbling, shooting, and passing, while also learning advanced
techniques, game strategies, and situational play. The academy fosters
confidence, teamwork, and a competitive mindset—key qualities for
success both on and off the court. No class October 31.
Ages: 13 -19 Fees: $205 Resident • $210 Non-Resident
