Power Pilates Fusion
This class focuses on spending time in various poses, as well as performing
dynamic movements with the goal of improving mobility and flexibility. A
blend of restorative stretches with active and assisted stretching techniques
will help increase range of motion, improve movement quality, and reduce
injury risk. Restorative Stretch will better your posture and improve blood
flow through connective tissue that may be knotted up and causing pain.

Teen and Adult Olympic Fencing
Learning the exciting Olympic sport of fencing! Fencing develops agility,
stamina, and coordination. Students will learn the history and etiquette
of modern sports fencing, as well as the basic foot movements and blade
actions.
