for a total body workout. Slower, simplified moves with challenging options

Tai Chi-Level 1
Tai Chi is the Chinese exercise system to improve physical and emotional
health. Research continues to reveal significant benefits to young and old
alike from practicing Tai Chi. In today’s stressful life, tai chi teaches us how
to calm our body and our mind. This class will cover the 8 Treasures Qigong
and the Yang Family short form.

This class is designed for those students who have been training in the level
one class and have learned the Yang Family short form. The level two class
will cover the Yang Family Long Form, Two Person Da Lu, Eight Sections
Brocade and a deeper understanding of the principles/philosophy of Tai Chi.

Yoga Stretch
Prepare to relax with this Hatha Yoga Class and experience de-stressing.
Emphasis will be on stretching with warm-up and cool down, sun salutations,
perfecting and identifying a variety of Yoga poses, in a Vinyasa style.
Enhanced breathing, relaxation and meditation. We are working towards
a transformation and improvement in flexibility, generate strength, boost
balance, and intensified circulation to build your own practice. Learn Yoga
